Education

The Farm has created a series of educational activities that are suitable for all types of school. The programme changes with the seasons and according to the ages of the students. It can also be focussed on specific aspects to form part of the programme being taught during the year by the teachers.
Various activities can be carried out, such as, gathering olives with a visit to the oil mill, the extraction, by hand, of perfume from the medicinal herbs grown at the centre, visits to the cowshed and bee hives. and participation in the transformation of the products.

The touch and smell garden

This garden, due to the plants grown there, which can be recognised by touch and smell, was created to promote botanic knowledge amongst blind persons and provides them with a contact with nature from which they are normally precluded.
Each species of plant has characteristics that stimulate the senses of touch and smell (which also make them suitable for the sensorial development of pre-school children), and are easily recognised. Each plant also has its description written in Braille.

Gastronomy

In the warm rustic ambience of the Coppaio, next to the traditional terracotta jars that Beatrice uses to conserve the oil, it is possible to taste ancient Tuscan dishes made using The Farm's products.
Periodically theme evenings are organised so that guests can try the traditional products of Tuscany and regional cuisine.

Wellness

Thanks to the swimming pool with hydro massage situated in the rose garden view of the sea, it is possible, at any time of day or night to pamper yourself with moments of complete relaxation, perhaps together with sessions of yoga, massage and beauty treatments.
